The programme launched on 1 May 2020 as a COVID-19 response has since evolved into a holistic professional development model tailored to the needs of government school teachers. It equips educators with the skills, tools, and peer support necessary to reimagine teaching and learning across Madhya Pradesh.
In 2024–25, the programme supported more than 76,000 teachers across 52 districts, providing them with training, mentoring, professional learning communities (PLCs), and digital courses. Teachers also benefited from state and district booklets that showcased inspiring classroom practices and peer-learning experiences. This blend of large-scale training and ongoing localised support has enabled teachers to become active leaders of change within their schools and clusters.
